Camps and Clinics

Winter Break is coming, and we are looking forward to welcoming our college and professional athletes back for a few weeks in December and January. We understand the importance of having a place to train while you’re home, so we have designed an program exclusively for you.

From 12/1/25 to 1/15/26, you will have exclusive access to all cages at Chattball. During these weeks, from 1 - 4 PM, Monday-Thursday, Chattball will be open ONLY to college and professional baseball and softball players. This provides a training environment that also allows the unique opportunity to connect with other dedicated athletes to share tips, tricks, and routines.

Take advantage of 35’ cages, pitching lanes, plyo walls, or pitching machines for just $199 for the entire 7-week period. That’s less than the cost of one 30-minute cage rental per week. College ID required for college players.

If you love the game, have a passion for fairness, and enjoy being right in the middle of the action, umpiring may be your calling. My name is Clyde Stanley Lyons, and I’ve had the privilege of umpiring baseball and softball for over 30 years—from youth leagues to collegiate levels, and even professional baseball.

I’m now offering training for girls’ Fastpitch softball umpires and baseball umpires who are ready to take their skills and confidence to the next level. My program is designed to give you the tools you need to not only make the right calls but to understand and respect the game from the inside out.

Whether you’re a former player, a coach, or someone looking for a rewarding new opportunity, this training will prepare you to step onto the field with professionalism, poise, and purpose. I’ll share everything I’ve learned—from rules and mechanics to field management and mental preparation—so you can represent the game with pride and authority.

ATTENTION ALL PITCHERS AND CATCHERS!!!

We have a very unique opportunity for all softball and baseball pitchers and catchers. We are beginning our clinics for umpires, and they need pitchers, catchers, and hitters to work with. We are giving you this opportunity to get in some FREE pitching and catching practice. Plus, all players will hit as well so bring all of your gear. Pitchers will be limited to pitch counts of approximately 20-25. Softball players need to be between the ages of 6-14. Baseball players need to be between the ages of 6-12. We are only taking 7 pitchers and 7 catchers in each sport so register now to claim your spot. This is a FREE opportunity to work in the area's premier training facility with sanctioned umpires that will be calling balls and strikes. Don't miss your chance to register at the links below.
