TEAM ACCESS PROGRAM

The Chattball Team Access Program was created to give travel baseball and softball teams a consistent, affordable, structured indoor training solution. Designed around the needs of team coaches and organizations, our program provides players with year-round access to Chattball's 14,400 square foot climate-controlled training facility, allowing athletes to train, develop, and prepare regardless of weather conditions. Instead of coordinating individual cage rentals and facility reservations, teams gain a dedicated training partner committed to helping players improve through consistent repetition and access.

More than just facility access, the Team Access Program is built to support long-term player development and team growth. Teams can choose a development plan that fits their needs, with options that include individual player access as well as scheduled team practices each month. Players are free to train on their own schedule during operating hours, while coaches benefit from a structured system that encourages accountability, consistency, and improvement across the entire roster. The result is a program that helps teams maximize development opportunities without increasing the workload on coaches.
